Owen Sound Fall Fair

The 158th Annual Owen Sound Fall Fair will kick off Thursday evening Sept. 9th with special midway pricing. There will be a 4-H calf show as well as the the Regional Invitational 4 H heifer show for both beef and dairy.

The fair also features a display of produce, crafts and quilts in the Coliseum and there will be a children's play area. Two of the more popular events, the Truck & Tractor Pull and Demolition Derby, are back as well. The antique tractor pull goes Saturday morning with the Great Lakes sanctioned tractor and truck pull on Friday night. Again this year, the fair wrap up will be the massive Demolition Derby Saturday night in front of the grandstand.

The Owen Sound Fall Fair runs Thursday evening, all day Friday Sept. 10th and all day Saturday Sept. 11th.

35th Annual Summerfolk Set to Begin!

Summerfolk starts tomorrow! Have you got your tickets yet? The Gates at Kelso Beach in Owen Sound opens at 4:30pm on Friday,August 20th, with on-line tickets no longer being available after 9pm tonight (Thursday). Although you will be able to get tickets at the Festival gate after 3pm on Friday.
